EQUIPMENT SELECTION AND PLACEMENT Our machinery was chosen for its ultra-custom capabilities. The location and floor layout was positioned for optimal production efficiency, resulting in shortened lead times. This resulted is a higher yield of productivity, improved quality control, and smaller space requirements.

ROUGH MILLING AREA
Our production process starts in the rough mill area, where lumber is quickly ripped down to the various sizes that will be required in the
final stages of production. The Weinig Flexirip capable of multiple simultaneous cuts and can produce hundreds of linear feet of unfinished
molding per hour. This increases efficiency by reducing product waste with a computerized laser measuring system. Additionally, it can
produce precision angled, miter and bevel cuts.
STRAIGHT MOULDING & TRIM
This is a computer controlled Weinig moulder with all the state-of-the-art upgrades. It
was designed to accommodate numerous spindle configurations. The Weinig
Unimat has spindle speeds of up to 10,000 rpm and feed speeds of up to 175 ft/min.
This machine also features a re-dial function, which maximizes efficiency and
production. This computerized re-dial memory system is integrated in the machine
and covers the entire machine for rapid set up.

CUSTOM GRINDING AND BLADE SHOP
In producing custom mouldings, a Computer Aided Drawing (CAD)
is made of the profile. Then a plastic resin template is made using
this drawing. Using this template, a steel knife is ground down by
hand (pre-hogged) and then machined to a razor sharp edge. All
knife blades are shaped from hardened high speed steel. Each
finished knife is then tested to assure an exact match to the pattern
or specifications within .001 of an inch.
All knife profile blades are kept in a locked air-conditioned
controlled room for safe keeping. Close attention to humidity levels
are given to ensure pristine preservation for continued use.
CNC ROUTER DIVISION

This CNC router is the ultimate in safety and ultra-custom
capabilities. This machine brings precision and cost
effectiveness straight to our customers. With the heavy-duty
machine bed and highly rigid extension arm, the Vantage 12L
provides the basis for a variety of applications. The unique 5’ by
12’ aluminum matrix table provides a large area for the high-
speed clamping of multiple work pieces. Whether nesting large-
format panels or heavy-duty trimming of multiple radius
mouldings, the Vantage 12L is a robust, productive and flexible
solution to meet our customers’ specifications.

US CONCEPTS - FAS-HD
This Universal Arch Moulder is equipped with two axis spindle adjustment,
and spindle tilt in order to easily and accurately match the cutter to the
moulding profile. The spindle adjustment and floating feed makes cutting
precision circular, elliptical, and straight casing and crowns a breeze.
